Hello to everyone.  As of this edition of the Newsletter, everything is going well in the Canteen. The kitchen is still open for dinner Thursday   through Saturday. Chef Scott is still manning the helm and continually coming up with amazing nightly specials in addition to the regular menu. Our Bartenders are friendly and eager to please and can mix up some great beverages!  Come out and enjoy. Your patronage is crucial to our continued success.

 Membership dues for 2011 are payable now.  You can drop by the canteen and see the bartender to get paid up early.

 The Post annual picnic will be held on September 11^th at the Shellsville VFW from 12 noon to 6 PM.  Members must have a paid up 2010 or 2011 membership card. There is no charge for members and their spouse. Guest fee is $5.00.  No one under 21 may attend this event. Please call or drop by the canteen to sign up.

Here are a few more dates to mark on your calendars:  

 Karaoke, June 18^th & July 16^th with ELP entertainment. (Canteen)              

 The Tom Webb Show, June 26^th featuring music from the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s   (Canteen)

BT & the Cruisers dance, July 23^rd from 8 PM to Midnight. The price of admission is $10.00 and will include a snack buffet.  This event will be held in our Ballroom.
